  • International Shipping: Rates for the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 Business Days

  • International (Other Regions): 3–12 Business Days

Please note: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer transit times.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (UK, Canada, Australia), the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in your purchase price or shipping fees.

5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. This allows you to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Himpall Trade LLC is not liable for lost, undelivered, or returned packages due to incorrect address entry. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply if you wish for the package to be resent.

7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately so we can assist with a solution. For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and product to help us process claims efficiently.
