This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at himpall.com.

1. Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7–15 business days

Remote or rural locations may take slightly longer. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, carrier workload, or holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update depending on the carrier. You can also track your order directly in the Shop app.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@himpall.com before your order is processed.

6. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us at support@himpall.com or visit himpall.com/pages/contact within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Delivery Attempts

Carriers may attempt delivery one or more times. If no one is available, the package may be held at a local pickup location. Unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
