Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed, typically within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases where there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the carrier provider and distance, and can range as follows.

    • Extended Delivery: 15-20 Business Days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as it is available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

himpall.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us at info@himpall.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
