1. What products do you sell?

Himpall is a curated lifestyle store. We offer a wide range of Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ fashion, sophisticated accessories, home décor, and daily essentials designed to enhance your modern lifestyle.

2. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, guest checkout is always available. However, creating a free account allows you to track orders easily, view your order history, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

3. How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

4. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

5. How long does delivery take?

  • United States: 3–7 Business Days.

  • International (UK, CA, AU, NZ): 3–12 Business Days.

  • Note: These are estimates; actual times may vary based on local carrier handling.

6. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier's system to update with the first tracking event.

7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us at contact@himpall.com immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the destination.

8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please refer to our full Refund and Return Policy for details on non-returnable items.

9. Do you accept exchanges?

No, Himpall Trade LLC does not offer exchanges. To ensure you get the right item quickly, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

10. How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

11. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email contact@himpall.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure you receive a full refund or a replacement.

12. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement. Once processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled and must be treated as a return.

13. Are my payments secure?

Yes. We use Shopify Payments, a PCI-compliant platform with SSL encryption. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never store your credit card details.
