1. What products do you sell? Himpall is a curated lifestyle store offering a wide range of Men's, Women's, and Kids' fashion, accessories, home décor, and daily essentials designed to enhance your modern lifestyle.

2. Do I need an account to place an order? No, guest checkout is always available. However, creating a free account lets you track orders easily, view order history, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

3. How long does order processing take? Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

4. Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

5. How long does delivery take?

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International (UK, CA, AU, NZ): 7–15 business days

Note: These are estimates and may vary based on carrier handling, customs, or peak seasons.

6. Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier's system to update with the first tracking event. You can also track your order in the Shop app.

7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Contact us at support@himpall.com immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet been processed. Once shipped, we are unable to change the destination.

8. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details on non-returnable items.

9. Do you accept exchanges? Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Contact us at support@himpall.com with your order number and photos of the issue. For all other cases, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

10. How long does a refund take? After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

11. What if my order arrives damaged? If your item is damaged or incorrect, email support@himpall.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

12. Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are accepted before your order is processed. Contact us immediately at support@himpall.com. Once processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled and must go through our return process.

13. Are my payments secure? Yes. We use Shopify Payments, a PCI-compliant platform with SSL encryption. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never store your credit card details.
