Return And Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience at Himpall Trade LLC. This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds and returns can be requested.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In original condition
  • Not a final-sale or restricted item

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items do not qualify for return:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal or intimate products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Unauthorized returns

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@himpall.com or visit himpall.com/pages/contact with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

Please wait for approval before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Exchanges

If your item is defective or you need a different size, you may request an exchange when available. Contact us at support@himpall.com to check availability.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For international orders (UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand), return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@himpall.com.
