Return And Refund Policy

At Himpall Trade LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains when returns, refunds, and order cancellations may be requested.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery if the item:

• Is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Is in its original condition
• Has original tags attached, when applicable
• Is in its original packaging, when applicable
• Was purchased at the regular price

All returns must be approved by Himpall Trade LLC before the item is shipped back. Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from us.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are generally not accepted for:

• Used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged items caused by the customer
• Items missing original packaging when packaging is required
• Personal, intimate, hygiene-sensitive, or perishable products
• Sale or discounted items
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items that are not in their original condition

Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation, except when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page and provide:

• Your order number
• The name of the item
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the item and packaging, if requested

We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved. The return address and shipping instructions will be provided after approval.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned to the customer.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. If the issue was caused by our error or a product defect, we will provide reasonable return instructions and may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

5. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an item qualifies for a return, you may return it under this policy and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns due to a change of mind, sizing, preference, or another customer-related reason, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Himpall Trade LLC will review the issue and provide an appropriate return shipping solution.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

8. International Orders

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, or taxes related to returning an item, unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Any customs duties or taxes paid at delivery are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or caused by an error on our part.

9. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted before order processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. A cancellation is not confirmed until Himpall Trade LLC confirms it.

Sale and discounted orders follow the same cancellation timing rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
