3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and other product information.

However, product colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings. Products may also vary slightly due to manufacturer updates, production differences, or packaging changes.

We do not guarantee that all product information is always complete, accurate, or current. If we discover an error, we may correct the information and update the product listing.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel or modify the affected order and notify you.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website does not guarantee that the order will be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock
• Payment cannot be verified or authorized
• The shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable
• We suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse
• A pricing, product, or listing error occurred
• The order violates these Terms of Service or applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change product prices, shipping charges, promotions, and other fees at any time. The price shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation generally applies to your order, unless there is a clear pricing or listing error.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers may have separate terms. Unless otherwise stated, promotions and coupon codes cannot be combined.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery dates and timeframes shown on our website are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary because of the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before placing an order. Eligibility may depend on the condition of the item, the time since delivery, product type, order status, and applicable law.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before order processing begins. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
