Return And Refund Policy

At Himpall.com we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience for all our customers.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel, beauty products, or personal care items. Final sale and clearance items are also non-returnable.

3. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products. If you require a different size, color, or item, you must follow the return process for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, Himpall Trade LLC will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): For all other returns (e.g., "ordered wrong size" or "no longer want"), the customer is responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return.
