Thank you for shopping at HimPall! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it and receive a refund. You can submit a return request on your order page by following the instructions below. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

Eligibility: All purchases (except Final Sale/Clearance items, Free Gifts, Swimwear, Underwear, Panties, and Accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.
- Note: Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all items in the package intact. If these conditions are not met, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
Shipping Fee: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Authorization: Return packages must be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.
- Note: Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Criteria: Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered for return.

Submit Return Request:
- Option 1: Click the "Return" button for the specific order.
- Option 2: Click the Tracking Order feature located in the bottom menu of our home page.
Enter Details: Enter your Email Address and Order Number.
Submit Return Request: Click the "Return" button for the specific order. Submit the return request, and you will receive authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your return. We will email you once we have processed your refund.

Fast Refund

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
