  • We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed. While we strive for prompt deliveries, during peak order periods, shipments may experience a slight delay. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. In the rare event of a significant delay, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone. Typically, delivery times to the US range from 2 to 6 business days.

How to Track your Order?

  • Click Tracking Order: Click the "Tracking Order" feature located in the bottom menu of our homepage.
  • Enter Details: Enter your email address and order number.

      What if the estimated delivery time passed, and I haven't received my order?

      • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately with your order number. You can reach out to us through the Contact Us page, and we'll expedite the process for you.

      What should I do if my product arrived damaged?

      • In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged merchandise, please take a photo and email it to us at info@himpall.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly replace damaged goods.

      Can I return my product for a refund?

      • Absolutely! We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30-days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, contact us at info@himpall.com or use our Contact Us page. Your refund will be processed automatically upon the return of the order to our warehouse.
