Return & Refund Policy – Himpall

At Himpall, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process in line with our customer-first values.

Return Rules Summary

  • ✅ Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • 🚚 Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • ❌ No restocking fee

  • 🛍️ Final sale items are not eligible for return

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if:

  • Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • In unused, undamaged condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is returned outside the accepted time frame.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance products

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Login to your account at himpall.com

  2. Go to your order history and click “Return” next to the item(s)

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and submit your return request

  4. Our team will review and send you return authorization within 48 hours

  5. Ship your item to the address provided in the email (do not return to the sender’s address)

Please ensure your return is trackable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping or production. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@himpall.com or call +1 716-552-5523.
