You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Regretting it is not good quality and does not correspond to the colors

H O R R I B L E material. The pictures are misleading. What you see IS NOT what you get. The size chart is also disproportionate. They do not match your body and they take a big chunk of fabric. I ordered the biggest size they had and still it was super small for me. Their sizes are perfect for only Asian women because they have a small body frame. The fabric was very cheap and bad quality. A fabric that you seat and wrinkles on the back and you feel hot. I mean a complete rip off. I ignored the comments reviews BUT I was attracted by the pictures and the design, which is really nice. I ended up returned both of the jackets I bought. Returning items through AE is not very easy. You have to wait first for AE to approve it, then they will let you print a label, and then you can send it back. In addition to ALL above comments, it took a long time to arrive! So disappointed! I was anxiously waiting for my jackets. I will copy and paste my comments for the other jacket I bought.

The fabric is not of good quality, I understand by the price
